Cancellation Policy
We understand that unavoidable situations arise, if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment for any reason, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
• Appointments canceled within 4 hours of scheduled start time, a
fee equal to 50% of treatment price will be assessed.
• No-call no-shows will be
charged the full price of scheduled treatment.
New clients are required to fill out and sign our
Intake Form.
